Continuous - Part Time Safety Services
PFS provides a comprehensive on-site safety compliance service to assist small and mid size manufacturing companies in meeting their State and Federal OSHA regulatory requirements. On-site safety compliance services, provides a dedicated block of 20 hours per month of a Premier Factory Safety Professional. The Safety Professional will provide a technical support, carry out predetermined val added activities and advise management in their Company's ongoing safety and loss prevention efforts.

If your Company is in the ramp up stage of a new manufacturing facility or process, or if you or your Safety Director is currently overwhelmed, PFS can provide a temporary, full time safety professional to help build or implement existing Company safety procedures and assist in training employees.
Third Party Audits
PFS third party audits are comprehensive safety compliance audits that validate applicable federal and state safety and health requirements are being met. Whether you are looking to develop an elite safety program, obtain VPP Star/Merit status, comply with your OHSAS 18001 procedures of assessing regulatory compliance or just looking for compliance validation so you can sleep at night, this third party audit provides an independent review of your operations.
Based on the audit, and Action Plan will be provided with "Best Practice" recommendations. The Action Plan can then be used as a tool for management to track and record corrective actions.
Behavioral Based Safety (BBS)
Are you ready to take your safety process to the next level and invest in a system, not a quick fix? BBS is a proactive methodology used to identify and reduce at-risk actions that are associated with workplace accidents. The process provides companies with tools to measure and manage safety before accidents occur.
The BBS process is a non-threatening , non-blaming process, similar in principal and practice to Quality improvement processes developed by Demming and Crosby. It is an All employee process: BBS complements existing safety efforts and involves everyone from the plant manager to every hourly personnel.
PFS will customize the BBS approach to your organizations needs and will provide the tools and observation strategy that is site specific.
