Return Policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it within 60 days of purchase. Please call or email us to obtain return authorization. The returned product must be in New and unused condition. At your request we can issue replacement product, refund or credit. In the event of a refund, we will do our best to issue it as quickly as possible. We do ask that you allow up to 1 to 2 weeks, though in most cases it will be processed within 3 business days.

Unfortunately custom products cannot be returned unless they were defective at the time of sale. If you have received defective products please contact us right away and we will do our best to correct the situation as quickly as possible.
